Not at the moment. However, Time Zero offers several convenient ways to shop:‣ On-site visits - We can come to your office so you can browse in person (Richmond Hill).

What are your business hours?
We’re available most of the day, every day - basically anytime we’re not sleeping. The fastest way to reach us is by leaving us a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re awake and online.

We accept cash and e-transfer for meetups and direct shipping orders. If you prefer using a credit card, we offer PayPal services. You can also purchase through eBay (eBay Money Back Guarantee) or Poshmark (Posh Protect) if you’d like to use a third-party for buyer protection.

Yes! We ship using NetParcel, which gives us access to Canada Post Express, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx at competitive rates (Direct Purchases).‣ Ontario residents (Parcel): Flat shipping fee of $15.

‣ Untracked lettermail: Flat shipping fee of $4.

What is the process to get my order shipped?
It’s simple: 1) Browse our straps and choose the SKU number, and size you need. 2) Contact us through Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, call, or text - whatever is easiest for you. 3) Send payment. Once payment is received, we ship your order within 2 business days (Direct Purchases).You can also purchase through eBay (eBay Money Back Guarantee) or Poshmark (Posh Protect) if you’d like to use a third-party for buyer protection.

How long does my order take to get to me (Shipped Orders)?
Parcels within Ontario typically arrive within 3 business days. Lettermail within Ontario usually arrive within 5 business days. Peak periods or postal strikes may cause delays.

I have not received my order (Shipped Orders)
If your order was sent by Lettermail:‣ Lettermail does not include tracking, so we are unable to see where the package is once it’s shipped. You can review Canada Post’s lettermail service details on their website. By choosing this option, you assume all risk for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We will provide two proofs of shipment (including the drop-off photo), and that will serve as confirmation of mailing.If your order was shipped via standard parcel:‣ Please refer to the tracking number provided to follow your package’s status and expected delivery timeline.

How do I know what size strap my watch has?
To find the correct strap size, measure the inside of the lugs on your watch - the space where the strap attaches. This measurement (in millimeters) is your watch’s strap size.
